USA Convo is a platform that helps people around the world practice speaking English the American way. We connect learners with independent tutors from the United States who focus on conversation, culture, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
We are building the USA Convo Independent Tutor Network and are looking for friendly, outgoing Americans who enjoy great conversations. If you love connecting with people, sharing culture, and helping others feel confident speaking English, this could be for you.
What You’ll Do
- Host conversation sessions online (one on one or small groups)
- Bring topics, questions, and casual themes to keep the talk flowing
- Share one short video lesson per month to stay active in the network
- Help learners build confidence in English through natural conversation
Who you are
- Native English speaker with a strong American accent
- Based in the U.S. or proof of American background
- Age 18 or older
- Patient, reliable, and easy to talk to

This is not an employee position. Tutors are independent contractors in the USA Convo Independent Tutor Network. Tutors set their own rates, schedules, and tools, and they collect payment directly from learners. Tutors must submit monthly video lessons to remain in good standing. All submitted content becomes part of the USA Convo library and may be used across the website, social media, and other marketing channels.
